A selection of yoga videos to support your home practice.  Show up for yourself! Nourish your body, mind and spirit.  

The videos are a combination of recordings from my live online classes as well as other sequences that I’ve recorded.  They range from 12 minutes to 75 minutes with all different themes, so you can choose the best fit for you each time.  There are currently 40 videos in the library. Videos are viewed on Vimeo.  

Monthly video membership: $25 (hst included).  Please email raina.mcdonald(at)proton.me and I will send you access info once payment by e-transfer is received. Monthly membership begins on the 1st of each month.

Yoga with Raina at home!  Pre-recorded Audio Sequences to support your home practice:

30 minute sequence & 1 hour sequence – Both are gentle yoga experiences including a warm-up, standing postures, a cool-down and a final relaxation with focus on the breath.  45 minute sequence – This sequence offers a slightly faster pace with some flowing sun salutes. MP3 files are $15 each or $35 for all three. Hard copy CDs are $20 each or $50 for all three plus shipping. Prices include hst. I hold space for people to awaken their innate wisdom and embody their soul.  My yoga is an ever-evolving fusion of LIFE fully expressed through the body, connected to Mother Earth, on and off the mat.  I came to yoga as part of my healing journey following a traumatic car accident twenty years ago.  My personal practice has become a powerful ritual and portal into a more present, meaningful life.  I completed my original teacher training at Moksana Yoga Centre, Victoria BC in 2008 and have gone on to engage further training: pre & post natal & doula certification, continuing education through Therapeutic Approach, Halifax, NS, intensives with Seans Corne and more.  I’ve also engaged programs through WEL-Systems® Institute, bridging ancient wisdom with quantum science.

I offer in-person and online community classes and private sessions as potent invitations for healing and transformation. For more info on private sessions, please contact me.
